Private GP services in Eastbourne. Patients paying for their own care expect to see exactly what they are buying, what it costs and how soon they can be seen, without ringing to find out - so booking is a single click from anywhere on the site.

Sussex PCPC

A collaborative of NHS-funded primary care providers - general practice, community pharmacy, dentistry and optometry. The site has to serve member organisations and the public at once, and stay current without a developer touching it.
The Loddon School

An independent residential school for children and young people with autism, severe learning disabilities and complex needs, alongside a training arm and a charitable foundation. Three audiences who need entirely different things, given three colour-coded sections of one website - and one dashboard for the team to run it all from.

The UK's leading training provider of massage courses. Dozens of courses, multiple venues and rolling start dates, all of which have to be findable and bookable without a phone call. We have handled their SEO since launch, and the site is now cited in Google's AI Overviews for beginner course searches - not just ranked, but quoted.

A charity providing community services and youth work. Funders, families and volunteers all need different things from the same small site, and the team has to be able to run it themselves between grant rounds.
